For size reference, My neck is 12" around. The chocker I am wearing is 9" with a 3" opening. The chocker should rest right above your clavicle and be snug up to your neck. If you'd like it looser please add in an inch for a looser fit. Please make sure of size, I am unable to except returns on made to order items.
