Returns and exchanges
Please please please make sure you know your ring size or bracelet size. As much as I’d like to accommodate everyone, I unfortunately can not take back rings or bracelets if they are the wrong size or earrings due to hygiene reasons. I do however offer a necklace extender if need be. Buyer will be responsible for returned shipping cost.

Shipping times
The shipping times vary. If you are ordering a custom piece, it can take up to 4 weeks for stone delivery or production of the piece or pieces. I’m constantly making customs, if I feel like your wait will be too long, I will let you know and we can go from there on whether or not you’d like to continue with the custom. If not, I could refer you to some pretty rad smith’s the could accommodate you.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. It’s unfortunately out of my control.

Custom pieces
I’m always willing to work with you on customs to make your perfect piece. As stated before, the production time could take up to four weeks. I will speak with you personally on every aspect of your piece from details to stone colors. A deposit of half will be required before production of pieces. This will ensure your spot and will also go towards stones and materials for your piece or pieces.

Cancelations of customs
I do not accept cancelations for custom pieces when a deposit has already been made. Mostly because, if the deposit has been made I have most likely already started ordering the pieces specifically for you. but please let me know and we can try to work around it.

Condition of return
As stated before, I do not except returns on pieces that of the wrong size. But if we work something out to where this does happen, the piece or pieces must be in its original form and returned within 14 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
